Admissions Information

To apply for a learner to join the Heritage Academy family, an application form must be completed. Forms can be collected from the Front desk office or requested via e-mail at reception@heritageacademy.co.za or downloaded directly from this website.

Once the application process is completed and the deposit fee has been paid, uniform lists, stationery lists, and fee payment plans will be provided.

Application Fees

  • Grade R – 11: R 800-00 (Application Fee)

On Acceptance

  • Registration Fee (All Grades): R 1000-00
  • Late Registration Fee (After 01 December 2025, All Grades): R 1250-00

Required Documents

  • Learner ID Photo
  • Copy of Learner’s ID / Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Learner’s Latest Report
  • Copy of Parent/Guardian’s ID
  • Copy of Parent/Guardian’s Proof of residence
  • Copy of Parent/Guardian’s Latest Salary Slip and 3 months bank statements
  • For learners who are not South African citizens: include study permit

*Upon acceptance, all applicable fees must be paid prior to the learner’s enrolment.
